SUPPLY OPTIONS – GAS CYLINDER PACKAGES (PACKS)
ICONIC GASES supplies individual gas cylinders in a “Pack” of cylinders commonly referred to quads or racks for the offshore industry. The standard Pack sizes supplied by ICONIC GASES consist of either 16 cylinders vertically mounted or a 64 cylinders’ solution in a horizontal configuration. The Pack frames themselves are each placed through an exacting series of drop and proof loading tests and are DNV approved. This ensures that the gas cylinders filled to up to a 300 bar working pressure, will not be damaged and release their contents under operational conditions.
CONIC GASES also supplies customized Pack sizes to meet specific customer requirements (e.g. to fit into limited available space) and will be pleased to discuss further requirements.
SECURITY OF SUPPLY CYLINDER PACKAGES
Iconic Gases has a number of cylinder packages of acetylene, oxygen, argon, helium and any required speciality gas cylinders for your distribution site.
Our system is based on ERP, where support customer orders, schedule operations, and keep inventory records and financial data. Sound back-up resources will further ensure the security of your product.

OXYGEN
We offer compressed oxygen gas and liquid oxygen in a variety of purities and concentrations. As a gas Oxygen is used in the Oxy-Acetylene cutting and welding industries.
In addition to its use as a respiratory gas by the healthcare industry, oxygen has strong oxidizing properties that can benefit many industries by improving yields, optimizing performance, and lowering costs. Applications such as combustion, oxidation, and fermentation can benefit by enriching or replacing process air with oxygen.
Our experienced team can use their industry and application knowledge to provide you with a compressed or liquid oxygen supply and technology solution to meet your unique needs
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Iconic Gases see your business as core. Iconic Gases is all about partnerships. These partnerships are based on mutual trust and values add across the value chain. Liquid Helium Dewars for Hospital MRI
Designed for minimum-loss storage, transportation and dispensing of liquid helium. Our state-of-the-art vapor-cooled multishield technology with superinsulation ensures the lowest guaranteed loss rates*. The advanced insulation system results in quicker, more efficient cool down without nitrogen pre-cooling. Since there’s no LN2 or helium gas circulation shielding, the CMSH is virtually maintenance free. It’s a lighter, more compact and convenient replacement to traditional 4-walled helium containers.
Features of Liquid Helium Dewars
- No liquid nitrogen shielding or helium gas circulation required
- Lightweight but rugged construction stands up to trucking and everyday abuse
- Suitable for air transport
- All welded construction
- Lowest loss rates in the industry
- All units equipped with integral caster base
- Easily removable and interchangeable manifolds
- Applications include Distribution, Research and Liquefaction
ARGON GAS
Iconic Gases supplies cylinders for Argon, including argon and argon mixtures in various volumes and purities. Argon is used as a protective atmosphere for industrial processes such as steel manufacturing, welding and metal fabrication, electronics and automotive parts manufacturing, food preservation and wine making.
Argon pure gas and CO2 gas mixtures are used in shielded arc processes for welding aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, copper and carbon steel. Used as a shielding gas in arc welding, root shielding and plasma cutting applications, argon
provides an inert atmosphere to prevent oxidation or other chemical/metallurgical changes that would be detrimental to the weld.
