LOGISTICS TO ENSURE JUST IN TIME SEQUENCE DELIVERY OF PRODUCT:
- All deliveries will be subjected to a minimum of 72 hours’ lead-time from a date of valid Call-Off PO.
- All transport contractors will be evaluated to ensure compliance to all relevant standards and client specification.
BUFFER STOCK:
- Sufficient stock will be kept in your warehouse in to avoid any delays on supply.
STORAGE OF PRODUCT:
- Quads/cylinders should be stored in well-protected, well-ventilated and dry location at least 20feet (6.1m) from highly combustible materials.
- All quality checks will be conducted prior to dispatching of product.
- On call-off ICONIC GASES will send a qualified representative to facilitate the delivery and storage process.
